1) Do you sell authentic products?

We are an authorized distributor in Canada as we distribute our products to many national and multi-national retail chains across the country since 2010. We contact the brand offices and official agencies directly and therefore our products are 100% real, original and authentic cosmetics. 

2) What is your supply rate?

Supply rate will vary depends on your purchasing volume. For further details, please contact us directly.

 

3) What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum purchase amount with free shipping is $600 CAD (before tax). Any amount below is still acceptable but the purchasing party is responsible for the shipping cost.

4) How can I make payment?

Currently, you can paid via credit card, cheque, direct debit or E-transfer.

 

5) Why are some products from your company which I can see in retail stores but they are not available on your website?

Some brands are exclusively carried by certain retailer and therefore they are not available on our website for sale. But if you see any products which you are interested but not shown on our website, please let us know and we will check for you first since it might related to new launching products, or other issues.

 

6) Do you deliver to any countries?

Yes, we do deliver to any countries via EMS or any other carriers like UPS. However, please kindly check with custom or your country requirement before you order.

 

7) How do I cancel or refund my order?

Before we ship out your goods, we will send you an invoice for payment and review. After your kindly confirmation, we will begin to process and ship out your goods. Before your final confirmation, you can cancel your order anytime. However, we cannot cancel or refund your order after your confirmation since your goods might already shipped out. 

 

8) What if some goods are missing or damaged after I received your goods?

Damaged goods might occur during the transit process and we understand well. Therefore, we kindly ask customer to check and  inform us accordingly after received the goods within 1-3 days. We will examine the issue together, and once confirmed, we will provide you a credit on your purchase next time. We will not issue credit after 3 days your goods are received.

 

9) Does your products have English labels?

Yes, all of our products have English labels and all necessary information.

 

10) How do I know my exact shipping cost (order below $600CAD before tax)?

Before proceeding your shipment, we will send you an invoice to review and your shipping charges will be shown.

 

11) What if my goods are caught by custom office after arrived in my country?

Please kindly check with custom or your agent in your country before you order. Goods which are stuck at custom office are usually related to custom taxes. Therefore, we recommend you to check our provided tracking number regularly after we dispatched your goods.
